Reflecting upon the announcement made by the UK Government, we can assure our valued customers that we are doing all that we can to support the operational continuity of the businesses we work with.
Although we are working at full team capacity, our office is currently operating a reduced staffing set up to ensure social distancing and so that other restrictions can be observed. We are also remotely configuring and supporting all equipment where possible. Operating in this way proved very effective during the first Lockdown and enabled us to support existing customers and roll out new solutions that helped our clients achieve Remote Working capability.
In light of the new COVID-19 variant being more widely transmissible we have reviewed our policies, both to make sure that our engineers are at as little risk as possible and to ensure the risk of carrying a virus into your premises is minimal. Our Engineering Team have been a vital component in the objective to support our customers during the pandemic, and the safety of our technical team and the clients they come into contact with is paramount. If you do have an engineering visit booked, please ensure you work with our install team to answer the following questions:

If any COVID-19 exposure is confirmed after we have visited, please do notify us as soon as possible, and complete the Contact Trace Form so we can ensure the safety of our engineers and any other customers that we may have visited.
We are working closely with our infrastructure and provisioning partners to ensure that we can progress as many site visits and installations as safely as possible, in line with regional government advice.
