Kelly is one of the longest serving team members at Next Communications. With over 15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Kelly has been committed to ensuring our valued customers have the positive experience they expect, and their businesses rely upon since 2006. Instrumental in bringing our ethos to life, Kelly’s behaviours personify Next Communications values.
Darren has been a part of the Next Communications team since July 2020. A key component in our growth strategy, Darren has been integral in adding even more value to our strong market proposition and Service Excellence model. With over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of industries, Darren brings a variety of skills and strategic development opportunities to the business.
Rolf is the most recent addition to our growing team. Having worked for several technology-lead corporates globally, Rolf’s most recent experience is of working for one the UK’s fastest growing and most prolific fixed line service and hosted solution providers. Account Management and a variety of technical knowledge bases are just some of the attributes Rolf adds to the team’s talents.
Craig has been in his current role for 12 years, and a key member of the Next team since 2001. A channel veteran with a wealth of market knowledge and mobile solution know-how, Craig began carving out his career in mobile almost 20 years ago. Craig heads up the Mobile Solution Team for Next, and his expertise, development style and client relationship management focus are invaluable to Next and its customers.
Sam joined the Next Communications team in 2014, straight from college on an apprenticeship. Having worked with our team for over 5 years, Sam is a supportive, diligent, and knowledgeable member of our Mobile Team. Sam has in depth expertise and can offer advice and help on all current Mobile Technologies.
Caleb forged his early career in the Extended Warranty industry, moving on to Utility Account Management, and in 2017 subsequently joined Next Communications as a Mobile Solution Specialist. Caleb is fully committed to delivering the most positive experience for clients in every interaction. As an integral part of our Mobile Team, Caleb has the skills and experience we demand to keep our valued customers informed, supported, and satisfied.
Having spent 26 years heading up our technical team, Dave is the longest serving member of the Next Communications family. Dave began his career during one of telecoms most rapidly evolving eras, building extensive technical expertise with manufacturers such as Ericsson, Nokia, Panasonic, NEC and many more. Since 1995 Dave has been living and breathing the values that Next Communications are renowned for, demonstrating his commitment to service excellence in each client interaction and ensuring every Next customer continues to be delighted with our service.

Lee has spent over a quarter of a century in telecoms.
